The Chief Minister of the Government of the Australian territory of Norfolk Island, Andre Nobbs, has announced the list of 2010 official public holidays in Norfolk Island.
The 2010 public holidays list, published in the Norfolk Island Government Gazette No. 38 in accordance with section 9 of the Employment Act 1988, includes the date of the Norfolk Island Agricultural Show as was done in the past (22-Oct-2004), though this public holiday's date is listed separately some years (05-Sep-2008).
Interestingly, the aforementioned list does not list a day in lieu public holiday for ANZAC Day, though it lists a day in lieu public holiday for Christmas Day, on December 27. It is not clear if this is a mistake, or if it reflects a deliberate choice to ignore the recent CAF agreeement on the case of the ANZAC Day public holiday when in falls on a weekend (15-Jan-2009).

Norfolk Island Declares List Of 2010 Public Holidays
