The public sector's human resources department of the government of Puerto Rico (ORHELA) has released the "Memorando Especial Núm. 28 - 2009", which amends the list of public sector holidays for the year 2010.
In the original announcement of 2010 public holidays in Puerto Rico, published last summer (10-Aug-2009), there was a mistake in the date shown for the "Conmemoración del natalicio del Sr. José Celso Barbosa" public holiday.
