Late last night, local time, the Governor of Venezuela's State of Aragua, Rafael Isea, declared Tuesday, February 4, 2009, as a state-wide public holiday to commemorate the February 4, 1992, attempted coup by Hugo Chavez.
This follows last Monday's declaration of a nationwide public holiday to celebrate Hugo Chavez's 10 years in power (02-Feb-2009).
