The Slovenian government has passed a law amending and consolidating the legislation on non-working public holidays and national holidays in Slovenia.
The aforementioned Law amending the Law on Holidays and days in the Republic of Slovenia (published in the Official Gazette 52/2010 of 30/6/2010) had been expected since last summer (09-Jul-2009) and its passage had been announced last month (19-Jun-2010) and it amends the current consolidated legislation on non-working public holidays and national holidays in Slovenia (19-Dec-2005).
