Spain's autonomous region of the Balears has announced its official calendar of 2012 regional and national public holidays (calendario laboral).

For the fifth consecutive year (19-Dec-2010, 21-Jun-2009, 02-Aug-2008 and 04-Aug-2007), Easter Monday is one of the autonomy's public holidays, as is the March 1st Dνa de Baleares.

As was the case 2 years ago (21-Jun-2009), the announced list of 2012 public holidays does not include December 26, Saint Stephen's (San Esteban), as one of the public holidays in the Balears.
