The Saudi Stock Exchange has announced that it would be closed for the upcoming Eid al Fitr (End of Ramadan) public holidays from Thursday, August 16, 2012, until Friday, August 24, 2012.
As usual (29-Oct-2011, 15-Aug-2011, 07-Nov-2010, 09-Sep-2010, 02-Sep-2010 and 17-Aug-2010), the government of Saudi Arabia will declare the period of public sector holidays separately, and usually for a longer period.
