The government of Latvia has released the official list of non-working national public holidays in Latvia for the calendar year 2013.

In the aforementioned list of non-working national public holidays in Latvia for the calendar year 2013, the government of Latvia pursues the practice of past years (04-Jan-2012, 08-Jan-2010, 21-May-2009 and 13-Apr-2007), except for one year (05-Jan-2011), of declaring additional, one-off, bridge public holidays that compensated by the same number of Saturdays being declared as regular working days.
