The Ministre de l'Emploi, du Travail et de la Sécurité Sociale of the government of Niger has declared Friday, July 17, 2015, as the date of the upcoming annual "Aïd al Fit'r" (End of Ramadan) non-working public holidays in Niger.

The aforementioned announcement, which refers specifically to the "Loi n° 97-20 du 20 juin 1997 instituant les fêtes légales" (23-Jun-1997) is also in line with the subsequent "Loi n°98-05 du 29 avril 1998 instituant les fêtes légales" (29-Apr-1998), as amended by the "Loi n°2006-08 du 02 mai 2006" (09-May-2006), and with last year's announcement by the Government of Niger (09-Dec-2014) specifying the non-working public holidays in Niger for the calendar year 2015.
