The government of Nepal, through the Spokesperson of the Ministry of General Administration, Shivaram Neupane, has declared Thursday, September 7, 2017, as a non-working public sector holiday for civil servants in Nepal.

The aforementioned announcement of the declaration of Thursday, September 7, 2017, as a non-working public sector holiday for civil servants in Nepal, is in line with the gazetted list of official non-working public holidays in Nepal for the Nepalese year 2074 (mid-April 2017 to mid-April 2018), released earlier this year (25-Mar-2017).
