Source: Today - Summary: The spokesman for the Azerbaijani Cabinet of Ministers, Akif Ali, has confirmed that Monday and Tuesday, December 8 and 9, 2008, would be considered non-working public holidays in Azerbaijan due to the upcoming Gurban Bayramy (aka. Eid al-Adha) holiday.
This announcement is in conformity with the decision adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers in 2007, when the calendar of holidays and nonworking days for 2008 was confirmed (our December 19, 2007, news update).
