Summary: It was restated that, as per the decreto legislativo 50-2003, passed by the Congreso Nacional, the only 2 days of public holidays for civil servants, in Honduras, are December 25 and January 1. Government services will be functioning on all other dates.
The only exceptions are for employees of the Corte Suprema de Justicia (CSJ), Ministerio Público (MP), and the Tribunal Superior de Cuentas (TSC), whose employees are on public holidays from December 18, 2006, until January 2, 2007.
