Sequential holidays tokens are of the form
[fax]
where the x means "place the xth holiday here, if there is an xth holiday". This token is blank if there are fewer than x holidays.
Contrary to Conditional Holiday tokens, this token is not dependent on the total number of holidays. In the above example, the 3rd holiday appear where [9Fi3] is, regardless of the number of holidays on that day.
