The ButtonEdit is a control which combines two other controls, the EditBox and one or two SpeedButton. Clicking on the SpeedButton(s) brings up a dialog which allows for more detailed editing.



The EditBox part of this control behaves exactly like an Editbox. The background color used for the EditBox usually denotes whether the text can be modified directly in the control (the first example above) or if it must be edited using the SpeedButton (the other 2 examples).
