Converting @ Markers in Minicalendars using Macros

To use a macro to modify the processing of the @ markers of a minicalendar, simply add a minicalendar modifier of the form

 :*XX

where XX represents any number from 1-30, in analogy with macro tokens. Note that when you use this modifier, all minicalendar options formatting are ignored, affording you total control over the way each date is displayed, but also requiring your macro to handle all details, such as making holidays into a second color, etc...

Outside Days: by default, the use of this modifier will hide all outside days. If you wish to show outside days, then you should include a weekstart minicalendar modifier, :ws, and in that case the macro you use is responsible for the showing/hiding and formatting of any outside days; the outside days minicalendar options are also ignored.
