Ignore Current Day Options Minicalendar Modifier

The :NoCD Ignore Current Day Options minicalendar modifier allows you to specify, for any individual minicalendar, that the font attributes of dates that correspond to the current day, should never be modified, even if some specific options have been specified in the corresponding minicalendar option.
