int = InnerPlanetTransitOnDate(nDate, nPlanet, nSunDataSourceIndex)

For a given date, this function calculates the time, if any, of the inner planet nPlanet transit across the Sun, as seen from nSunDataSourceIndex.

This macro function returns a value of -1 if there is no eclipse on nDate, otherwise this function returns the time of the day, as a fraction from 0 (the beginning of the day to 1000000 (at midnight at the end of the day). As there are about 85000 seconds in a day, the division of the day into 1 million results in a precision of about 1/10th of a second.
