Pause before Saras

Previous pageReturn to chapter overviewNext page

Property of the ScriptLine : Pre-Processing.

In the Unicode version of Q++ Studio, this property is one of the options of the Generation Options property.

This property allows you to stop the generation of a diary, after Q++ has generated a diary, but before it performs any of the Saras in the DiaryGridLines or in the Post-Processing. When this option is set and  Q++ pauses, it displays a list of all the Saras that will be performed.

You can then inspect these Saras and select which ones you wish to have performed. This is useful if you wish to test only one Sara and not wait for all the other ones to be performed.

By default this property is false but, for the above reasons, its use is not infrequent. However if you wish to entirely skip Saras, you should use the Execute Saras property instead.
