This message occurs if you try to save a new (never saved before) script to another user's computer.
Saving scripts to other users computers is allowed, but sometimes, the fact that Q++ reopens the scripts save as dialog in the last viewed directory, means that you may inadvertently save a new script on another user's computer.
This means that you run the risk, one day, of not being able to access that script, until that other user is logged-in and has updated his version of Q++ to the same as yours (script access rights are discussed in the section on the Scripts Explorer).
