This message is there to remind you that, in principle, you should never have to unlock a concat. Before confirming this action, make sure that the lock really is incorrect, and that no other user is currently using the same concat. The only case when you may need to unlock a Concat is if your workstation crashed while you were editing a Concat and you were not able to close Q++ down properly.
