This message occurs when restoring data or templates from backup, if you select a destination folder which is not a sub-folder of QppShare\data\ and QppShare\templates\ respectively. This message warns you that the restored data or templates will not be usable by Q++ since they are not in one of the locations that Q++ searches for data or templates in.
If you purposedly restored to this folder (to be able to email the tables to tech support, for example) then you can ignore this warning.
