This DTP processing message appears if, at on point in diary generation, the script instructs QuarkXPress or InDesign to switch to another template, and it is not able to find the template by ID (the title of the message should mention the ID of the file that cannot be found).

This internal error could be due to incorrect anti-virus and firewall settings. You should first try to re-boot your computer.

If the problem remains, please send the script to technical support, being sure to mention the error message ID listed at the bottom of this topic and the ID of the missing file (the title of the message should mention the ID of the file that cannot be found).
