One of the templates of the current script contains layer moving tokens, but your remove output file layers generation option is turned on.

 

➢The use of this option, along with QuarkXPress 2015-2024, is strongly discouraged (this message only applies to scripts that are based on QuarkXPress, as the present diary generation option does not exist for InDesign).

➢The effect of moving some objects to a specific layer will be voided by the removal of all the layers in your output file.

 

Solution

 

Use the Change Diary Generation Options pop-up menu option to navigate to the generation options dialog and turn the Remove OPF Layers option to off.
