This message occurs if Q++Studio cannot recognize the file version of the QuarkXPress or InDesign that you are trying to use as part of a DiaryGridLine.

➢Usually this happens if the QuarkXPress or InDesign file, mentioned in this message, was last saved on a Macintosh.

Solution

Use the Windows version of QuarkXPress or InDesign to open that file and save it. It will thus be saved as a Windows file and the present message will disappear.
