This message occurs only for users who are Data Contributors, when launching Q++Studio, if an update has been applied and no other user has launched Q++Studio since that update. One of the users of the full version of Q++Studio must launch Q++Studio before any of the Data Contributors can.

The Data Contributors type of user is deprecated and this message should never occur.
