Russia Changes Date Of 4 Public Holidays In 2001

Russian Prime Minister, Mikhail Kasyanov, has signed a resolution creating 4 long weekends to adjoin 4 of this year's non-working public holidays.

These 4 long weekends will be created by moving weekend non-working days from Sunday March 11 to Friday March 9, from Saturday April 28 to Monday April 30, from Saturday June 9 to Monday June 11, and from Saturday December 29 to Monday December 31.
