Malaysia Declares State Public Holiday On March 10

The State Secretary of Malaysia's State of Selengor, Datuk Abdul Aziz Mohd Yusof, has declared Monday, March 10, 2003, as a one-off state public holiday on the occasion of the coronation of Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah, as the ninth ruler of the Selangor Sultanate.

Note that the coronation itself will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2003.
