Marshall Islands Public Holidays Legislation Amended

The Marshall Islands have amended the legislation which governs the list and dates of non-working public holidays in the Marshall Islands.

As per the aforementioned "P.L. 2003-99" which amends the "Public Holidays Act 1988 [1 MIRC Ch 9]" the name of the March 1st annual non-working public holiday is to be changed by having the word "Victims" replaced with "Survivors".
