Kedah Could Declare March 21 Public Holiday

Malaysia's Kedah State Secretary, Datuk Ku Nahar Ku Ibrahim, has announced that the Kedah Government is likely to declare polling day, March 21, a state public holiday, as Sunday is a regular working day in Kedah.

Kedah's weekly day off is Friday, as is the case for the states of Perlis, Kelantan and Terengganu.
