Brazil Public Holidays News Update

Although not a public holiday (there is a bill in the Senate), November 20 will be marked by the Brazilian National Day of Black Self-Awareness with parades and marches in 225 of the country's 5561 cities and municipalities, including Sao Paulo and Río de Janeiro.

According to Reuters, financial markets will be closed in Sao Paulo and Río de Janeiro on that day.
