The aforementioned "Resolución JM-150-2010" thus amends article 1 of last year's (2009-12-17) "Reglamento de Asuetos de las Instituciones Bancarias que operan en la República (Resolución JM-129-2009)" which listed afternoon banks-only public holidays as well as some Monday banks-only public holidays in Guatemala when an annual non-working public holiday falls on the weekend, by rescinding the "Resolución JM-129-2009" and mandating that the Superintendencia de Bancos de Guatemala release a list of the bank holidays in Guatemala for the coming year, in the last half of December of each year.
