Pakistan Declares Regional Public Holiday Tomorrow

The government of Pakistan's Province of Sindh has announced that tomorrow, Saturday, March 20, 2010, would be a regional non-working public holiday in connection with the martyrdom day of Soriah Badishah Hazrat Pir Sibghatillah Shah Shaheed.

Last year (2009-03-19), the Government of Pakistan's Province of Sindh had declared Friday, March 20, 2009, as a public sector holiday throughout the Province of Sindh in memory of Shaheed Pir Sibghatullah Shah Rashdi alias Sooriah Shah.

Later, the Sindh Assembly had voted an annual public holiday on March 20.
