Paraguay Declares Year-End Public Sector Holidays

Paraguayan President, Fernando Lugo, has issued a decree declaring 2 year-end public sector holidays, on Friday, December 24, and Friday, December 31, 2010.

Oddly enough, the aforementioned Decreto Nº 5.678 specifies that the public sector will be working until 10am on both of these days and that these year-end public sector holidays will only start at 10am ("el asueto rige a partir de las 10:00 del día").
