Saipan Declares November 4 Public Holiday

Over the weekend, Saipan Governor, Benigno R. Fitial, issued a memo declaring the coming week as a two-day public sector workweek.

The aforementioned declaration was due to the coincidence of delegate election on Tuesday, Citizenship Day on Thursday, and the usual austerity Friday (2008-03-31).
