Slovenian Public Holidays Law Amended

The Slovenian government has passed a law amending and consolidating the legislation on non-working public holidays and national holidays in Slovenia.

The aforementioned Law amending the Law on Holidays and days in the Republic of Slovenia (published in the Official Gazette 52/2010 of 30/6/2010) had been expected since last summer (2009-07-09) and its passage had been announced last month (2010-06-19) and it amends the current consolidated legislation on non-working public holidays and national holidays in Slovenia (2005-12-19).
