Bolivian Bill For September 23 Public Holiday

A bill has been introduced in Bolivia's legislative assembly which would declare September 23 as a new annual public holiday to honor Bolivians of African descent.

The new public holiday proposed by the aforementioned bill, introduced by MAS assemblyman, Jorge Medina, is tentatively labeled as "Día Nacional del Pueblo Afroboliviano".
