Gambia's president, Yahya Jammeh, has declared tomorrow, Friday, November 25, 2011, as another non-working public holiday throughout Gambia to celebrate the results of today's Presidential election.
Earlier this week (2011-11-21), president Jammeh had declared today, Thursday, November 24, 2011, as a non-working public holiday throughout Gambia on account of today's presidential election.
In the last presidential election (2006-12-18), President Jammeh had also declared a public holiday to celebrate his victory in the presidential election (2006-12-01), albeit much later (December 18, 2006).
