The government of Iraq has declared tomorrow, Thursday, July 14, 2011, an official public holiday on the occasion of the anniversary of the revolution of July 14, 1958.

The aforementioned announcement is in line with Iraq's overhaul of its list of official public holidays, from a few years ago (2008-02-08).
