The Yemeni Ministry of Civil Service has declared Monday, August 29, to Thursday, September 1, 2011, as the dates of the upcoming, 4-day, Eid-al-Fitr (End of Ramadan) public holidays in Yemen.

Once again (2010-09-05 and 2009-09-17), the upcoming End of Ramadan public holidays will not be in line with the Law No. 42 of 1997 specifying public holidays (1997-10-21), and will last less than the traditional full week.
