Mali's Government has released the official list of non-working public holidays in Mali for the calendar year 2013.
The aforementioned, as was the case for similar past announcements (2012-01-12), announcement follows the "Loi No.05-40 du 22 juillet 2005 relative aux fêtes légales en République du Mali" which overhauled Mali's list of official non-working public holidays, seven years ago (2005-09-12 and 2005-07-04), most notably by adding a non-working public holiday for the Prophet's Baptism, thus making Mali the only country in the world to mark this date as a public holiday.
