The Cabinet of St. Kitts and Nevis has announced that Wednesday, July 11, 2012, had been declared as an official non-working public holiday in St. Kitts and Nevis on account of that day's first One-day International cricket match between the West Indies and New Zealand.
Five years ago (2007-03-22 and 2007-02-21) St. Kitts and Nevis had similarly declared 2 one-off non-working public holidays when it, and eight other countries of the Caribbean, hosted that year's ICC Cricket World Cup.
