The Royal Civil Service Commission of the Government of Bhutan has announced that Friday, July 12, 2013, would be a non-working public holiday throughout Bhutan on the occasion of the upcoming Anniversary of the First Sermon of Lord Buddha annual Bhutanese public holiday.
The aforementioned declaration of Friday, July 12, 2013, as a non-working public holiday throughout Bhutan, is in line with the official list of national and regional non-working public holidays in Bhutan for the calendar year 2013, released last fall (2012-10-12) by the Royal Civil Service Commission of the Government of Bhutan.
