Bolivia's Ministry of Labour has announced that Friday, November 1, 2013, would be observed as a continuous schedule working day (horario continuo) meaning that the upcoming public sector holidays for the November 2 annual public holiday would begin at 4pm on Friday, November 1, 2013.

As per the Press Release 024/13 "el Ministerio de Trabajo, Empleo y Previsión Social,[...], dispuso el horario continuo el día viernes 1 de noviembre para la administración pública de horas 08.00 a 16.00".

Last week (23-Oct-2013), Bolivia's Minister of Labour, Juan López, had issued a statement ("El feriado se mantiene como tal el día sábado 2 de noviembre, no hay posibilidad de que se pueda recorrer al día lunes") ruling-out the declaration of Monday, November 4, 2013, as an additional non-working public holiday in Bolivia, to compensate the fact that the annual, November 2 public holiday falls on a Satuday in 2013.
