Cuban 2013 Public Holidays Announced

The Cuban government has released the up-to-date list of non-working public holidays in Cuba for the calendar year 2013 and the foreseeable future.

The aforementioned list of non-working public holidays in Cuba for the calendar year 2013 confirms the addition of Christmas as a non-working public holiday in Cuba (1998-12-02, 1997-12-15, and 1996-12-02) as well as the extension of the January 1st non-working public holiday to span 3 days (2007-11-20).

However, it would seem that last year's declaration of Good Friday as a non-working public holiday in Cuba (2012-03-31 and 2012-03-28) was a one-off event as the aforementioned list of non-working public holidays in Cuba for the calendar year 2013 does not make any reference to a Good Friday public holiday in Cuba in 2013.
