The caretaker Chief Minister of Malaysia's State of Penang, Lim Guan Eng, has called on the Malaysian states in which Sunday is not a weekly non-working day, to declare Sunday, May 5, 2013, as a one-off non-working public holiday on account of the upcoming general elections.
