Mexico Public Holiday March 18

The Mexican Ministry of Labour (Secretaría del Trabajo y Previsión Social) has announced that Monday, March 18, 2013, would be a nationwide non-working public holiday ("informó a todos los trabajadores que el día lunes 18 de Marzo será inhábil") on account of the commemoration of the birthday of Benito Juarez.

As usual (2011-09-14), the aforementioned communique refers to Article 74 of Mexico's labour law (Ley Federal del Trabajo) as amended a few years ago (2006-01-17).
