Nigerian Public Holiday October 1st

The Minister of the Interior of the Federal Government of Nigeria, Abba Moro, has announced that the Nigerian Government had declared Tuesday, October 1st, 2013, as a paid non-working public holiday throughout Nigeria on account of Nigeria's upcoming 53rd independence anniversary.

The aforementioned declaration of Tuesday, October 1st, 2013, as a paid non-working public holiday throughout Nigeria is in line with similar announcements over the past years (28-Sep-2012, 26-Sep-2011 and 23-Sep-2010).
