Panama's government has released the official list of annual non-working public holidays in Panama for the upcoming calendar year 2014.
The aforementioned announcement is in line with the recent announcement (2013-10-02) that the January 9 annual non-working public holiday in Panama would no longer be covered by the "Ley 70 del 28 de diciembre de 2007" (aka. dias puentes law) which went into effect 5 years ago (2008-01-03 and 2007-12-30).
As usual (2012-09-15, 2011-12-06 and 2010-03-25) banks get additional bank holidays whenever one of the aforementioned public holidays falls on a Sunday.
