The Government of South Sudan, through its Undersecretary of Labour to the Ministry of Labor, Public Service, and Human Resource Development, Hellen Achiro Lotara, has announced the list of official non-working public holidays in South Sudan for the calendar year 2013.

As per the aforementioned annual (28-Apr-2012) statement released by the South Sudanese Ministry of Labor, Public Service, and Human Resource Development, the December 1st public holiday, observed for the past 2 years (01-Dec-2012 and 29-Nov-2011), is not included in the list of official non-working public holidays in South Sudan for the calendar year 2013, although the Easter public holidays, declared last year (30-Mar-2012), are confirmed.
