Last summer (2013-07-14), the executive of Spain's autonomous region of La Murcia had released its calendar of official non-working public holidays (calendario laboral) for the upcoming calendar year 2014, and these are confirmed by the aforementioned gazette publication "Resolución de 14 de octubre de 2013, de la Comunidad Autónoma de la Región de Murcia, del titular de la Dirección General de Trabajo, por la que se aprueba la publicación de las fiestas laborales para el año 2014" (BORM de 16 de octubre de 2013).
In that announcement, the regional public holidays chosen by the autonomy of La Murcia, for 2014, on the recommendation of the Consejería de Educación, Formación y Empleo, are: January 6 (Epifanía del Señor), March 19 (San José), April 17 (Jueves Santo), and June 9 (Día de la Región de Murcia).
After an absence of one year (2012-04-29), the June 9th Community Day will once again be observed as a non-working public holiday in Spain's autonomous region of La Murcia, as it almost always been in the past (2011-02-12, 2010-03-05, 2009-02-28 and 2008-09-26).
Hopefully, we won't have to wait as long as last year (2012-10-27) to get the official gazetting of the official list of 2014 non-working public holidays in Spain's autonomous region of La Murcia.
