The Government of Spain's Autonomous Region of Navarra has finally gazetted the official annual list of non-working public holidays in Spain's Autonomous Region of Navarra.
The aforementioned gazette publication of the list of 2014 public holidays in Spain's Autonomous Region of Navarra, follows last summer's (2013-08-05) announcement by the Directora General de Trabajo y Prevención de Riesgos de Navarra of its suggested list of 2014 public holidays in Spain's Autonomous Region of Navarra.
In 2014, as per the "RESOLUCIÓN 341/2013, de 23 de julio, de la Comunidad Foral de Navarra, de la Directora General de Trabajo y Prevención de Riesgos, por la que se establece el del calendario oficial de fiestas laborales para el año 2014 con carácter retribuido y no recuperable en el ámbito de la Comunidad Foral de Navarra", as published in the "Boletín Oficial de Navarra de 1 de agosto de 2013", the Autonomous Región of Navarra has declared regional public holidays on Easter Monday (Pascua Florida or Pascua de Resurrección), March 19 (San José), and December 3 (San Francisco Javier, Día de Navarra).
Contrary to previous years (2012-07-01, 2011-12-29, 2010-07-01, 2009-06-26), the March 19 San José public holiday regional public holiday in Navarra has not been swapped in favor of the July 25 (Santiago Apostol) regional public holiday for 2014.
